Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Desi Panjeeri”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website.

We produce and sell handmade Panjeeri and related food products.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, photographs, prices and other information shown on our website are accurate. Because our products are handmade in small batches, there may be minor natural variations in appearance, colour, texture or ingredient distribution between batches.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and packaging may occasionally vary while maintaining the same product specification.

Please read the ingredients and allergen information provided on the relevant product page and product packaging before consuming our products.

Many of our products contain or may contain allergens including nuts, cereals containing gluten and milk-derived ingredients.

​

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering if you require further information.

​

For food sold online, allergen information must be available before purchase and again when the product is delivered.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a contract;

• the information you provide is complete and accurate;

• you are authorised to use the payment method provided; and

• you have reviewed the relevant product information, including ingredients and allergens.

 

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. A contract is formed when we accept and begin processing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there is an obvious pricing or website error;

• payment cannot be authorised;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or

• we cannot fulfil the order safely or lawfully.

 

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£).

The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Discounts, promotional codes and bundle prices may be subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before an order is placed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where a product is offered on a Subscribe & Save basis, the applicable recurring price and delivery frequency will be shown before you subscribe.

Subscription payments will be taken automatically using the payment method provided until the subscription is cancelled.

​

Customers may manage or cancel their subscription in accordance with the subscription options provided through the website or customer account.

​

Any subscription discount applies only while the subscription remains active and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

​

We may change subscription prices in the future, but where required we will provide appropriate notice before the new price applies.

Bundle products may be offered at a discounted price compared with purchasing the included products separately.

Unless otherwise stated:

• bundle discounts cannot be combined with Subscribe & Save discounts;

• bundle contents are as described on the relevant product page;

• substitutions are not guaranteed; and

• promotional bundle pricing may change or end without prior notice before purchase.

Delivery times, charges, dispatch expectations and any applicable free-delivery thresholds are set out in our separate Shipping Policy.

We will use reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the times shown on the website, but delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

UK distance-selling rules generally require online retailers to provide customers with delivery information and, unless another timeframe has been agreed.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Certain cancellation rights may not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to certain sealed goods once opened where they are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may provide rights to remedies such as repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

All products are subject to availability.

Because our Panjeeri is handmade in small batches, products may occasionally become temporarily unavailable.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased where reasonably necessary, including during promotional periods.

From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, referral rewards or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• offers cannot be used retrospectively;

• only one promotional code may be used per order;

• offers cannot be exchanged for cash;

• offers may be subject to minimum-spend or product restrictions;

• promotional codes may have expiry dates; and

• we may withdraw or amend promotions before an order is placed.
   

Any specific promotional conditions displayed with an offer will form part of these Terms.

You may use our website for lawful personal use.

You must not:

• misuse the website;

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

• knowingly introduce viruses or harmful material;

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising any mandatory rights available to you as a consumer.
