OUR HERITAGE
The Recipe That Lives On
Long before Desi Panjeeri became a business, panjeeri was part of our family. The recipe began with our great-grandmother and was lovingly kept alive by our Nani, who prepared it with the patience, instinct and care that come from a lifetime of tradition.
Our beloved Nani lived to the remarkable age of 106. Today, we honour her memory by continuing the recipe she passed down—making it fresh every day by hand in Manchester and sharing a taste of our family history with homes across the UK.
