These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://www.desipanjeeri.co.uk/ (“Website”) and your purchases of Desi Panjeeri products (“Products”). By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Desi Panjeeri is a business based in the UK, offering handcrafted Panjeeri products. If you have questions, contact us at info@desipanjeeri.co.uk.

2. Orders & Payment
  • All orders placed via the Website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order without stating a reason.

  • Prices are as displayed on the Website at the time of order. We endeavour to keep prices accurate but errors may occur. We are not obliged to honour displayed prices if an error is obvious and could reasonably be recognised as a mistake.

  • Payment must be made in full before Products are dispatched. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Production & Dispatch

 

  • Products are made fresh one day before dispatch, ensuring maximum freshness.

  • Delivery times are estimates. While we aim to dispatch within the period stated, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, weather).

  • Once dispatched, risk passes to you (the customer). Please inspect your order upon receipt; if there is any damage, missing items or other issue, contact us immediately.

4. Refunds & Returns
  • We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a full refund once the item is received.

  • If your delivery is missing, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email (info@desipanjeeri.co.uk), including photographic evidence. We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or credit.

  • Approved refunds will be made using the same method you used for payment within 7–14 business days.

5. Complaints Policy
  • If you have a complaint, please contact us via email (info@desipanjeeri.co.uk) with your name, order number, and details of the issue.

  • We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and resolve it within 10 business days.

  • If you remain unsatisfied after our internal process, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority.

6. Intellectual Property
  • All content on the Website (images, text, logos, product designs) is owned or licensed by Desi Panjeeri. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desi Panjeeri is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Products or Website.

  • Our liability for any direct losses is limited to the purchase price of the Products you ordered.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
